Prices
All prices shown in this catalogue are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%. Prices may be subject to alteration. Our aim is to offer the lowest price that we can to all of our customers. We therefore do not give additional discounts except in the case of bulk purchases when we will be pleased to provide a quotation. Lower prices are available on selected products when purchased in bulk. These are indicated in our price lists.

Payment
We have linked our shopping cart with PAYPAL. Therefore you can pay by credit or debit card with confidence that your payment is safe and secure. You will get a receipt from us when your payment has been processed with all the order details. We also accept payment by cash, sterling cheque with guarantee card, Visa, Electron, Switch, Solo, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express. We can accept official purchase orders from schools, colleges and public authorities. We can open trade accounts for business customers subject to satisfactory trade and bank references.

Delivery
Orders over £74.99 are delivered carriage paid by us. For orders under £75.00 the delivery charge is £4.95. For orders under £74.99, delivery costs are calculated against the weight of the total order, and range between £1 and £4.95. (Please note that some items such as liquids and aerosols cannot be sent by post and must be sent by carrier at the standard cost of £4.95). Delivery charges for addresses outside the United Kingdom are subject to quotation (order must be phoned in - +44 1443 485200)

Availability
Unless otherwise stated, all items listed are normal stock lines. We cannot, however, guarantee that all items will be available from stock at all times.

Quality & Suitability
We try to ensure that all of the products we sell are of high quality sourced from reputable and established suppliers. Customers are advised to ensure that the products selected are suitable for their intended use. If you require any additional technical information on any of our products we will try provide such information wherever possible.

Returns
We will exchange any items purchased from us within seven days of purchase provided they are returned in perfect condition, in their original undamaged packaging and accompanied by your receipt. This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
